The average Canadian real estate price in August saw the big cities of Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, Edmonton lower than a year ago. But Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal prices are higher than a year ago, as are all the Maritime Provinces & Newfoundland.
